Oz is a long-time analyst of the online travel world, and the one who lead Fly Open Sky through its various projects: Fly Open Sky – the Erasmus University in Rotterdam travel agency, Etrip – a travel search engine, iBidlow – the Hotwire & Priceline hotel discovery source.

Oz holds MSc. in Strategic Management and BSc. in Business Administration from RSM university, The Netherlands

Shai Har Adir – CTO

Shai acts as the leading developer, as well as the technology evangelist of the firm.

Shai holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Ben Gurion University, Israel. Prior to joining Fly Open Sky as partner he worked at Orsus Solutions, Softco and NICE.
Shai is also the co-founder of BeShanti, a social platform for travelers on the road.

Ayal Segal – COO

Ayal brings strong experience in operations and management of software development projects. He has worked as a project management consultant for the IDF technological units, as well as working in the financial industry as an IT analyst in Catalyst Fund, a Private Equity Fund from Tel Aviv, Israel, where he managed the IT and research activities of the fund. Ayal holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion Technological Institute.
